Emir sends cable of condolences to Egypt president

Doha The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Sunday sent a cable of condolences to Egypt President Abdel Fattah al Sisi over the deaths in explosions at Mar Girgis Church in Tanta and St. Mark Church in Alexandria. The Emir wished the injured a speedy recovery. The Emir condemned the terrorist act, stressing Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism. In a statement, the Foreign Ministry offered Qatar's condolences to the families of victims and the Egyptian people. (QNA)
