Radhika Rele, a postgraduate in Science with bachelors in Education, has joined Birla Public School (BPS) as the new Vice-Principal in the Academic Section.
Being a certified ISO auditor, Rele is trained to look at policies and procedures in a holistic manner and strive to maintain quality standards.
On assuming office Rele said,"I can define myself as a highly motivated moral and academic leader. My past experiences in education sector have taught me to collaborate with the team and work towards creating an effective and exciting environment for students. To encourage the students to innovate, critically analyse the ideas and reach conclusions based on evidence, it is important to collaborate with all stakeholders."
Rele is rich in academic experience having had stints in Global Indian International School and The Orchid School, both in Pune, India, and some schools in Mumbai. Her experience encompasses her exposure to CBSE, ICSE and state boards in India. (TNN)
