Advisory for citizens visiting US after electronics ban

DOHA In the wake of the US banning electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, cameras, DVD players and electronic games on the cabin baggage of flights, the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has urged Qatari citizens travelling to the US to put these devices in their luggage to avoid any consequences at airports.
An official source at the ministry said mobile phones and medical devices are allowed. (QNA)
