Al Seef Resort & Spa by Andalus will join the world to switch off lights to pay tribute to Earth Hour on March 25. Between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm, the resort will have all its lights turned off as an act of involvement in the worldwide simultaneous environmental movement.
The resort will be lit with candles in the lobby, along The Walk and the pool area. The team, led by Al Seef Resort mayor Fadi Hazeem, calls on guests and the community to help halt climate change by doing likewise in their respective locations. Inviting guests, the group will also gather in the lobby at 8:30 pm to light up candles in support of energy preservation and environmental sustainability.
"The whole team at Al Seef Resort & Spa will be delighted to join the world for a noble cause," said Hazeem."This will be the resort's first Earth Hour participation since its launch in March last year. The team hopes to help spread awareness and make a difference in our own way."
