Russian President Vladimir Putin received the credentials of HE Fahad bin Mohammed al Attiyah as Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia, in Moscow.
The ambassador conveyed the greetings of the Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to the Russian president and his wishes of good health and happiness, and more progress and prosperity to the Russian government and the people.
For his side, the Russian president entrusted the Qatari ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes of further development and prosperity to the Qatari people.
He wished the ambassador all success in his new duties, assuring to provide all support to further strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation between Qatar and Russia. (QNA)
