FULLY automated postal delivery drones developed jointly by Qatar Postal Service Company (Q-Post) and Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) are a big success, a Q-Post official told Qatar Tribune at the ongoing QITCOM 2017 exhibition.
While exhibiting the drones developed at the Smart Innovation Lab of the MoTC, a senior member of the team Malike Bouaud said,"The drones have all advanced technical features and are ready for operation. Currently, government agencies are being consulted on the application of these drones for postal delivery."
Bouaud said the drones can be controlled from single platform managed by the Postal Department.
