THE Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Thursday issued Decree No 11 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on establishing bilateral consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and Ethiopia, signed in Addis Ababa on November 5, 2012.
HH the Emir also issued Decree No 12 of 2017 to ratify a MoU in the field of youth and sports between the governments of Qatar and Pakistan, which was signed in Islamabad on March 23, 2015.
Furthermore, HH the Emir issued Decree No 13 of 2017 ratifying an Air Services Agreement between the governments of Qatar and New Zealand signed in Doha on September 9, 2015.
HH the Emir also issued the Decree No 14 of 2017 ratifying a MoU for cooperation in the field of information and communications technology between the governments of Qatar and Azerbaijan signed in Doha on December 8, 2014. HH the Emir issued the Decree No 15 of 2017 ratifying an air services agreement between the governments of Qatar and Hungary signed in Doha on October 10, 2016, and which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article /68 of the Constitution.
All the decrees shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. The Decrees shall be i effective from the date of their issuance.
