THE Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Center), a joint initiative by Qatar Development Bank and Silatech, held a workshop titled 'How to make 2017 a turning point in your life' in collaboration with well-known instructor Mohammed al Jefairi.
During the workshop which was held at the Hilton Hotel Doha on December 28, 2016, from 6pm to 8pm, Jefairi showcased and discussed several topics and themes such as self-development and academic development, financial security and savings as well as work nature and specialisation. He also touched upon key topics such as clear planning for the New Year through scheduling, appointments and proper planning for projects.
On this occasion, Reem al Sowaidi, general manager of Bedaya Center said:"By joining hands with Mohammed al Jefairi, who has significant experience in the preparation of leaders and strategic planning, we provided an opportunity for all attendees to get acquainted with the most innovative techniques and methods that will allow them to take the new year as a strong starting point for them, and help them start their own projects or enhance and develop their existing ones and create their own mark in the local and regional markets."
"We are glad to wrap up 2016 with this workshop which supports Bedaya's orientation and vision for empowering young people," she added.
"We had great achievements over the past year with the help of a distinguished team. We provided a variety of services for young people in Qatar including orientation programmes and training activities designed to help entrepreneurs achieve their career goals,"she concluded.
Jefairi is an author and instructor in leaders' preparation, a weekly writer in Al Arab newspaper, a radio presenter at QF radio's 'La Yfutak' show, TV anchor at QTV for the (Expert / Al Khabeer) show. He has more than 25 books to his credit in the field of leadership and technology, and is the CEO and founder of Waqif Online (the biggest free online training platform) and several other private businesses in the fields of commerce and entrepreneurship.
