DOHA The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) has notified the government, private institutions and companies to turn the expatriate labour contracts, which were concluded before December 13 last year, to electronic ones within three months. The ministry's move aims at providing protection to expat workers and create an integrated database for expatriate workers. The new e-contract will include all data of the employer and the worker such as workers' rights in terms of basic wage, allowances, gross monthly salary and contract period, according to a report in Al Watan newspaper.
