THE Qatar Assistive Technology Center (Mada), working under the umbrella of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, has announced that one of the gold sponsors for its new strategy until 2018 will be AECOM, an engineering, consulting and project management firm with offices in the Middle East.
Mada is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities through the world of information and communication technology. The partnership with AECOM Middle East will support Mada in reaching its strategic goals and achieving its operational focus until 2018.

As a nonprofit organisation, we are always looking for partners to join us in delivering our key message and supporting persons with disabilities in reaching their maximum potential," said Maha al Mansoori, CEO, Mada.
Mada's strategic goals and operational focus revolve around three key areas: education, employment and community. In its mission to help persons with disabilities stay connected in a world that is increasingly dependent on technology, Mada has established four key functions offerings: relationships and partnerships, advisors and policy, direct services and a centre of excellence.
