A unique luxury wellness boutique, Pharmakeia that brings an entirely new concept of healthcare to Qatar, recently opened at the Qanat Quartier at The Pearl-Qatar.
Pharmakeia moves away from the age-old perception of pharmacies and creates a new industry segment with its concept of luxury healthcare. The store will have a variety of renowned international brands, unique organic and natural products along with regular wellness, healthcare and pharmaceutical supplies.
While all the products available in the store will be top of the class, it places greater emphasis on its customers and the service provided to them.
The design of the store is very contemporary and modern with separate sections for men, women and baby products. The products are arranged in simple layouts that make for easy browsing. A comfortably plush seating area arranged in the centre of the store, provides privacy for customers to relax, try on products or discuss health issues with the knowledgeable staff. Another unique highlight of the store is a private room with seating and washing facilities for those who would like to sample the make-up or other products in private.
Pharmakeia CEO and Founder Rashad al Moosa said,"Pharmakeia is a concept that took over three years to build. Thousands of questionnaires were sent out globally and in the region and from that we have put together what the people want and how they want to be treated. People want luxury and that is what we are giving them. It has never been done on such a scale before."
Building on almost 50 years of family legacy in healthcare through Gulf Drug, the new concept will symbolise an evolution of the industry. It represents a unique combination of pharmaceutical offerings blended with luxury beauty products and unmatched customer service.
