Ooredoo's Nojoom members can now pay their monthly bills, including for Shahry subscriptions, by redeeming their Nojoom Points, the company announced on Monday.
The new service, which gives post-paid customers more options in paying bills, offers Nojoom Members the chance to make Nojoom Point redemptions towards their service costs.
The option to pay monthly bill with Nojoom Points can be accessed through the Ooredoo My Bills section on the Ooredoo website, Ooredoo Self-Service Machines and Ooredoo IVR phone system (111), starting Monday. Members can also use the Nojoom Bill Payment Reward option on the Ooredoo App to make payments.
Fatima Sultan al Kuwari, Community and Public Relations Director, Ooredoo, said:"The new Ooredoo bill payment rewards, which start from just 4,500 Nojoom Points, ensure you are connected to the Supernet with ease. Now, you receive reward points for using Ooredoo services, and you can use those points to pay for your Ooredoo services too!"
With more than 400,000 Ooredoo Shahry customers currently enjoying the Qatar's most used post-paid service, this additional feature is expected to generate high demand.
"This is just another reason why our customers should enrol in our Nojoom Loyalty Programme. We reward our members for their loyalty," added Kuwari.
Every Ooredoo customer with a Qatar ID can sign-up for the Nojoom Loyalty Programme.
