Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, hosted a business lunch to honour the 10 top travel agents in Qatar who achieved impressive results in 2015.
The event was held at the Opal Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay in St Regis Doha. Officials from Regency Travel & Tours, Mannai Air Travel, Dnata Travel, Joury Tours & Travel, Kanoo Travel, United Tours & Travel, Tourist Travel Bureau, Overseas Travel Bureau, Al Khayarin Travels and Tours, and Darwish Travel Company attended the business lunch along with Etihad Airways management.
Etihad Airways now operates four daily flights between Doha and Abu Dhabi with quick and convenient connections to more than 100 destinations around the world.
Guests travelling from Doha to the United States have the unique benefit of passing through US pre-clearance in Abu Dhabi before they board their flight, enabling them to avoid queues on arrival in the US. The US pre-clearance process is even faster for passengers who can use the automated passport control (APC) and Global Entry kiosks.
In recent years Etihad Airways has collected a list of prestigious accolades including the Business Airline of the Year at the 2016 Business Travel Awards and earlier the 'Innovation in Travel Award' at the Globe Travel Awards in London.
