THE Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani received the credentials of seven new ambassadors to the State of Qatar at his Emiri Diwan office in Doha on Monday morning.
HH the Emir received the credentials of Ambassador of Kuwait HE Hafeez Mohammed Salem al Ajmi, Ambassador of Djibouti HE Tayeb Dbd Robleh, Ambassador of the Netherlands HE Bahia Tahzib and Ambassador of Austria HE Dr Willy Kempel.
HH the Emir also received the credentials of Ambassador of Greece HE Constantinos Orphanides, Ambassador of India HE P Kumaran and Ambassador of Sierra Leone HE Siray Alpha Timbo.
The ambassadors conveyed the greetings of leaders of their countries to HH the Emir and their best wishes for the Qatari people for further progress and prosperity. HH the Emir welcomed the new ambassadors and wished them success in their missions and the relations between Qatar and their respective countries.
Earlier, the ambassadors arrived at the Emiri Diwan where they were accorded official reception ceremonies.
