BEIRUT Syrian rebels said on Sunday that any evacuation of people from the last opposition-held district of Homs city would amount to the government ending its commitment to a truce, after the state announced that such an evacuation was set for Monday."If any person is evacuated from al-Waer (district) or any other besieged district in Syria ... the regime will have clearly ended its commitment to any proposed truce, and all the revolutionary factions will continue in their legitimate right to fight it," said the statement.
