Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed al Khater on Wednesday held a remote meeting with ambassadors of American countries accredited to Qatar to inform them of the efforts of the country locally and internationally in fighting the coronavirus (COVID-19) and answer their inquiries and questions in this regard.
The meeting was attended by Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Development, representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the National Committee to Combat the Coronavirus HE Khalid bin Rashid al Mansouri and Director of American Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Essa bin Mohammad Essa al Mannai.
The ambassadors praised the efforts of Qatar and the implementing agencies to combat the epidemic and to preserve the safety of all, including the communities of these countries.
