The Deputy Amir HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al Thani met Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) HE Dr Nayef bin Falah al Hajraf on his appointment as secretary-general. HH the Deputy Amir congratulated Dr Hajraf on the appointment, wishing him success in his new role. For his part, the new GCC secretary-general thanked HH the Deputy Amir, stressing that he will do all that is possible to enhance cooperation between GCC countries.
