Over 300 nominations have been made for the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize, the Norway-based award committee said on Wednesday.
The total of 317 candidates comprised 210 individuals and 107 organisations, the Nobel Committee said.
The Oslo-based committee said it was the fourth highest number of candidates ever.
Swedish teen climate activist Greta Thunberg, and the democracy movement in Hong Kong have been nominated by lawmakers in Sweden and Norway.
