Afghan president Meets FM’s Special Envoy: President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani met with Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution HE Dr Mutlaq bin Majed al Qahtani, in Kabul on Sunday. During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation, the peace talks between the United States and Taliban in Doha, the de-escalation agreement, the signing of an agreement to end the war in Afghanistan at the end of the month, the intra-Afghan negotiations, and the exchange of prisoners between the two sides.
