The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani met Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday. Patrushev conveyed the greetings of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Amir, wishing the HH health and happiness and Qatari people further progress and development. The Amir entrusted Patrushev to convey his greetings to the president, wishing him health and wellness and the Russian people continued progress and development.
