The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani held a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to offer his condolences and sympathy to him and the brotherly Turkish people on the victims of the earthquake that hit Elazig province, eastern Turkey, praying to Almighty Allah to grant their souls rest in paradise and bestow patience and solace upon their families and relatives and to grant the injured a speedy recovery. During the phone call, the Amir also expressed the readiness of Qatar to help alleviate the effects of this disaster.
