The Permanent Licesing Committee at the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) has announced a plan to re-assess the 'assisted reproduction procedures' privilege for each specialist obstetrics and gynaecology physician who was granted the privilege before 2015.
According to the council, the move is part of its commitment to promote public health and to ensure that safe medical services are provided in Qatar's healthcare sector.
The Registration Department of the Council has urged all employers and obstetrics and gynaecology physicians who were granted the 'assisted reproduction procedures' privilege before 2015 to submit a new request along with all the required documents for re-assessment.
