Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani met on Sunday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy of the Hellenic Republic Kostas Fragogiannis, Assistant Deputy Foreign Minister for Europe and Middle East Affairs at Global Affairs Canada Peter MacDougall, Chairperson of the Global Alliance of National Human Institutions (GANHRI) Carlos Alfonso Negret, Minister of the National Intelligence Secretariat of Paraguay Esteban Aquino and Secretary-General of the International Organization of La Francophonie Louise Mushikiwabo, on the occasion of their participation in the Doha Forum 2019.
During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between Qatar and these countries and the means of developing them, in addition to a number of topics on the agenda of the forum.
The prime minister also met on Sunday with President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord of Libya Fayez Mustafa al Sarraj and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to participate in the Doha Forum 2019. During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations and the ways to develop them, in addition to a number of issues of common concern, especially the latest developments in Libya.
The prime minister met on the sidelines of Doha Forum 2019 with a lineup of representatives of international corporates that the Qatar Free Zones Authority has announced they would invest in Qatar. During the meeting, they reviewed topics of mutual interest.
