The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in cooperation with Almana Motors Company, the dealers of Ford & Lincoln in Qatar, has recalled Mustang models of 2005–2014, GT models of 2005–2006, Fusion & MKZ models of 2006–2012, Milan models of 2006–2011 and Edge & MKC models of 2007–2010.
According to the ministry, the vehicles were recalled due to a defect in the air bag in?ator on the passenger side, which may result in sharp metal fragments coming out of the passenger side when an accident occurs.
