Biggest hospitality expo opens

In a bid to strengthen Qatar’s position as a leading global destination for hospitality, leisure and recreation, Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Ali bin Ahmed al Kuwari opened Hospitality Qatar exhibition in Doha on Tuesday. The biggest tourism and hospitality event to date in Qatar, the fifth edition of Hospitality Qatar is aimed at supporting Qatar’s efforts to accelerate world class projects in the lead-up to the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup. Qatar National Tourism Council and Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar al Baker, diplomats and Qatari dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
