Rain lashed several parts of Qatar on Sunday, with the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) forecasting more rain in the coming days. “Weather inshore until 6am on Monday will be partly cloudy with chances of scattered rain at places at first, mild by night. Offshore, it will be cloudy with chances of scattered rain, may be thundery at times,” the QMD said. Qatar’s Civil Aviation Authority has warned the public to be cautious and follow safety precautions during the rainy weather.
