As part of its ongoing student outreach initiative, Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) – a member of Qatar Foundation – recently showcased its degrees to students and the community at Discover Education City (DEC).
The outreach drive at DEC – a QF-wide education fair for school children – provided students from public and private schools across Doha with an opportunity to learn more about the undergraduate and graduate programmes offered by HBKU’s six reputable colleges.
Current students, faculty and staff at HBKU were on hand to meet with prospective students and answer any questions relating to campus life and the university’s admission requirements. HBKU is a multidisciplinary university that is distinguished by its unique research opportunities and the emphasis placed on practical learning. More recently, the university has witnessed year-on-year academic growth, now offering a total of 36 degrees, 35 of which are at the graduate level.
