The attackers wounded seven others and stole about 230 cattle in the village of Rumbek East in the Western Lakes state, area commissioner Benjamin Aduol said. “We have confirmed 13 dead bodies lying on the ground this morning in the cattle camp,” including one child, four women and eight men, said Aduol.
