The Hamilton International School (Hamilton), part of International Schools Partnership (ISP), has completed construction of school premises in Mesaimeer, it announced.
The state-of-the-art facility is now ready for public viewing as the management laid out a series of open days and school tours for interested parents and guardians who wish to enrol their children in the school for the upcoming 2019/2020 academic year.
Open days are scheduled for the next five Saturdays - June 29, July 6, July 13, July 20 and July 27. The tours will be held from 11am to 2pm.
The school’s trained staff will be available to answer any queries on the ground.
Hamilton enjoys a vast FIFA-approved sports field suitable for a variety of outdoor activities, two swimming pools and an auditorium with plush carpets, comfortable seating, full lighting and rigs where Hamilton’s children will gather for assemblies, live music and theatre performances.
The Hamilton International School also conducted a rigorous selection process to hire its new classroom teachers, specialist teachers for PE, Music, IT, Arabic, Islamic Studies and Learning Support, as well as support staff.
School Principal Terry Senior said, “We are excited to see the The Hamilton International School open its doors for visitors’ tours. Our world-class facilities accompanied by our educational offering and highly qualified teachers will be a testament to ISP’s high standard of education globally.”
Hamilton is part of the International Schools Partnership, a UK-based owner and operator of 40 schools globally, which also includes Park House English School, one of Doha’s oldest and most respected schools.
Hamilton offers the International Early Years (IEYC) and International Primary Curriculum (IPC), which is taught in over 2,000 schools across 98 countries. Students eventually graduate with either an IB Diploma or a High School Diploma accredited by NEASC, a US accreditation organisation.
Catering to students aged three to 10 years during its first year of operation, Hamilton will grow and expand to eventually become a pre-KG to Grade 12 school. Hamilton is now allwing registrations for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 5 (Year 6) for its first academic year beginning August 2019. Admissions & Enquiry Centre is now open on the school premises from 9am to 5pm. (TNN)
