President of Sudan Omar Hassan Ahmed al Bashir met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed al Attiyah in Khartoum on Saturday.
At the beginning of the meeting, The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs conveyed the greetings of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to the Sudanese president, wishing him good health and happiness, and progress and prosperity for the government and people of Sudan.
On his part, the president entrusted the minister with his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing the Qatari people more prosperity
and progress.
During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries, particularly in defence and
military fields.
