The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Thursday sent two cables of condolences to President of Bangladesh Mohammad Abdul Hamid and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed, on the deaths of scores of people in the residential building fire in the capital Dhaka, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. Fire and explosions that ripped through apartment buildings killed at least 78 people in the Bangladeshi capital. The inferno started in a building where chemicals for deodorants and for other household uses were stocked. (QNA)
