The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Thursday received a written message from Amir of Kuwait HH Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah. The message pertains to deep fraternal relations between the two countries and the means of enhancing them further, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
