CAA, Matar sign contract to operate, manage HIA Feb 05, 2019 0 1213 12345 The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has signed a contract with the Qatari Company for Airports Operation and Management (Matar) on the management, operation and maintenance of Hamad International Airport. The contract was signed by CAA President Abdulla bin Nasser Turki al Subaey and Akbar al Baker for Matar.Under the terms of the contract, Matar is granted the rights to operate and manage Hamad International Airport and maintain its facilities under the direct supervision of the CAA to ensure regular and continuous operation of the airport.
