Qatar keen to hire skilled Pakistani workers for WC projects: Thawadi

Qatar is looking to hire the services of skilled Pakistani workforce for 2022 FIFA World Cup projects, Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC) Secretary-General Hassan al Thawadi has said. Talking to Qatar Tribune on the sidelines of his meeting with Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan in Doha on Tuesday, Thawadi said that hiring skilled workers from Pakistan for world cup projects was one of the main topics discussed during the meeting. “Pakistan is very well-known for professional and efficient security force. It is on the agenda but that is something that the security committee would be discussing,” he said.
