It’s a unique selling point of Turkish real estate firms at the Turkey Expo Qatar, which began in Doha on Wednesday.
“We want people from all around the world to invest in Turkish real estate,” said Tuncay Yigit of property developer Kasir Yapi. The Turkish firm’s Qatari partner, VIP International, has a stall at the expo and is offering one bedroom-hall-kitchen apartments near the Turkish city of Trabzon for as low as QR99,000.
“These apartments will not only give you a Turkish address, but permanent residency to not just you, but your whole family,” Yigit said.
Bennagrup is another firm that offers similar propositions to Qatari investors.
