DOHA The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani will patronise the launch ceremony of the Water Security Mega Reservoirs Project held by the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation at the pumping stations in the Umm Salal Ali on Tuesday.
