Faculty of Dentistry to be set up at QU

DOHA The Deputy Amir HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al Thani, who is also Chairman of Qatar University’s Board of Regents, chaired the Board’s second meeting for the 2018/2019 academic year, at the Amiri Diwan on Monday. The board approved the establishment of the Faculty of Dentistry in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and Qatar National Health Strategies 2011-2016 and 2018-2022, which recommended the creation of the educational and training capacity of dentists in Qatar to provide a sustainable workforce in this area.
