After scripting the success story of Centaurus Project in~Pakistan's capital~of Islamabad, Sardar Group of Companies is all set to launch its first planned urban society project Taj Residencia.~
The project will include Centaurus Mall II, Taj Villas, residential and commercial plots, commercial hub, Royal Club, residential towers, sports complex, water parks, safari park, botanical garden and a Grand Mosque.~
Taj Residencia is located parallel to CDA sector I-14 and I-15 Islamabad. It has three entrances. One is from the I-14 link road; the second entrance is facing CDA sector I-16 and the third one is Lakhu Road which runs towards Thalian Interchange Motorway M2. We have informed them that the present PTI-led government is encouraging investments from overseas Pakistan. We have invited them to visit the project site themselves and then decide if the project is suitable for them," remarked Faisal.~
He noted that most of the properties in the Taj Residencia have been sold and non-resident Pakistanis should avail the opportunity of pre-launch rates."Naturally, the rates will go much higher after the property is officially launched by November-end. There are only a few plots left which we wish to offer to end-users instead of property dealers. The reason is that we want to establish long-standing relationship with our customers so that they invest in our future projects with full trust and without any inhibition.~Qatar-based Pakistanis can make investment in the elite project with complete peace of mind," remarked Faisal.~
The residents of Taj Residencia will experience the comfort, security and facilities of world-class gated community. 24-hour backup generators are installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
