The healthy beverage 'Tamr Dates Seeds Coffee' made of dates seeds, cardamom, Arabic spices and saffron is a hit at the exhibition, drawing a large number of customers. Shokri told Qatar Tribune:"The drink has evoked very encouraging response from the visitors. Made of dates seeds as the main ingredient, which usually, one throws into dustbin, it raises people's awareness also about the merits of the seeds."
