THE Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with United Cars Almana, dealer of Jeep vehicles in Qatar, has announced on Tuesday the recall of Dodge Ram model of 2015 because the transmission is not compatible with the manufacturer specifications.
The ministry stated the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry also stated that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
