In keeping with the spirit of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan and as part of its community and charity activities, Sealine Beach, a Murwab Resort, recently distributed iftars to motorists driving back to Doha from Mesaieed and those heading to the resort from Al Wakrah.
Members of the resort's team came together to volunteer in the activity with the assistance of the South Traffic Department. The iftar packs included a diverse selection of food and beverage items. The volunteering initiative came in line with Sealine's corporate social responsibility programme aimed at giving back to the society in the best way possible.
Nawaf al Obaidly, general manager of Sealine Beach Resort, said:"Ramadan is the month of performing good deeds, sharing and giving, as all society members seek to renew ties of closeness and take part in social initiatives. Our initiative this year reflects our unwavering commitment to bring happiness to the hearts of our community members and share their joy in a spiritual atmosphere as we draw a smile on the faces of fasting people".
In addition to enjoying the luxury resort's panoramic views of the sea and pure natural surroundings, Sealine Beach Resort offers leisure enthusiasts a chance to engage in a plethora of recreational activities that include a number of exclusive beach-sport adventures for the first time, as well as the opportunity to experience an expansive collection of culinary specialties at its five-star beachside dining venues.
Located in the southern part of Qatar, a 30-minute drive from Doha's city centre, Sealine Beach Resort's unique location is complimented by a diverse array of world-class entertainment facilities on the backdrop of scenic views of the Arabian Desert's pristine beaches, building up to the resort's status as Qatar's premier leisure destination for travellers and local vacationers alike.
