THE DPS Modern Indian School on Tuesday signed a contract with Al Muftah Group to build its second campus in Al Wukair.
The contract was signed by the patron of the school Aisha bint Mohamed bin Hammam al Abdulla and Director of Al Muftah Group Ibrahim al Muftah.
The new campus including an academic block spread over 22,000 sqm and 1300 sqm multipurpose hall will be completed in 2019 and will be fully operational by September, 2019.
The new campus will also have an athletic track, sports field and two-level parking lot.
Doha Bank is the financing partner and Qatar Design Consortium is the architect of the new campus building.
The function was attended by President of the School Hasan Chougule, Vice-President Yasir Nainar, the Contracting Division Manager of Al Muftah Group VS Manangi and Finance Director VK Choudhry.
