The devices used in the hacking of Qatar News Agency (QNA) website operated from a government building in Saudi Arabia, investigations have revealed.
Al Jazeera in its programme"What is hidden is the greatest" said a dummy company from Azerbaijan requested three Turkish companies specialising in finding electronic loopholes to study a list of websites and among them was QNA website. The company claimed they wanted to strengthen their internet security.
Qatar Computing Research Institute's (QCRI) investigations revealed that all the Twitter accounts that contributed to the media campaign against Qatar were created right before the hacking. page 2
