Washington US first lady Melania Trump is recovering in hospital after undergoing successful surgery for a kidney condition, the White House said Monday. The 48-year-old wife of President Donald Trump had the surgery Monday morning at a US military hospital outside Washington, said a brief statement issued by her office. (dpa)
