Dhulaj grabbed a four-wicket haul and helped Warriors Blue engineer a facile six-wicket triumph over Tusker Club in the Qatar Cricket League Twenty20 Tournament.
At the Asian Town Cricket Stadium, his four for 22 limited Tusker Club to 124 for eight. Nayeem (two for 20) and Waleed (1 for 15) also bowled well to put pressure on the rivals. Akash (29 with two sixes and three forus) and Mufiyas (28 with two sixes and a four) were the main contributors.
Warriors were led to the win in 15.3 overs by Sanka, who smashed five boundaries in his 22-ball 33. Useful scores from Dharmang (27 with four boundaries) and Waleed (24 with a six and a four) wrapped up the win with 27 balls to spare.
In a match on Sunday, Warriors Club crushed Warriors Blue by 52 runs as Zeeshan and Adnan excelled with the bat. Zeeshan fired four sixes and a four to collect 45 in 25 balls, while Adnan's 40 off 29 balls contained a six and five boundaries, lifting the team to a healthy 185 for seven.
Kushal's three for 25 restricted Warriors Blue to 133 for eight. Owais (two for 21) also provided a good bowling support to Kushal. Sadiq was the top-scorer for them as he cracked two sixes and three fours in 33 off just 18 balls.
Zeeshan was adjudged the man of the match.
