Qatar Armed Forces celebrated on Wednesday the graduation of its ninth batch of National Service programme at Muqdam Camp. The ceremony was held under the auspices of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed al Attiyah and in the presence of Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Major General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen al Ghanem, Head of National Service Authority Brigadier Saeed Hamad al Nuaimi and a number of ranked officers. The ceremony involved military parades where the recruits demonstrated their combat skills. Recruits received different types of military training related to weaponry and athleticism. (QNA)
