Qatar condemns Benghazi mosque attack

Doha Qatar has condemned the attack on a mosque in the Libyan city of Benghazi that killed one person and wounded several others. In a statement on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Qatar rejects targeting of places of worship. The statement reiterated Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons. It offered Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, the government and people of Libya and wished the wounded a speedy recovery. (QNA)
