Al Meera to acquire net assets of Omani firm
THE Al Meera Holding Company on Tuesday said it will acquire the net assets of Oman-based Safeer Arabian International. Al Meera signed an MoU to this effect with JP Kalwani, who owns the entire issued share capital of Safeer. According to the MoU, Kalwani will transfer and sell the net assets of Safeer to Al Meera Holding.
