Qatar National Bank to sponsor QVA events for two years
QATAR National Bank (QNB) signed a major sponsorship agreement with the Qatar Volleyball Association, (QVA) for providing financial help to its all activities for two years. QNB also declared to be the sponsor of the World Clubs Volleyball Championships, which will be held in October this year. Salem al Naimi, AGM Corporate Relations, Group Communications at QNB, and QVA Secretary General Mohammad Ali al Mohannadi signed the contract in Doha on Tuesday. Also present on the occasion were Yousef Jassim Fakhroo, Manager Corporate Social Responsibility, Group Communications, QNB, and QVA Assistant Secretary General Yousef Ahmed.

Drogba to quit Chelsea in June after 8 years
IVORY COAST striker Didier Drogba confirmed on Tuesday he will leave newly-crowned European champions Chelsea when his contract expires at the end of June.
