collect them anyway,
trying out each
permutation with the zeal of the
obsessed. Would this one give me
crispier skin, a juicer breast or
more soft and supple dark meat?
Usually the answer is no.
But every once in a while, I find
a keeper, a fresh approach to that
age-old technique that does yield
a better bird. This recipe is one of
them.
It´s really not a whole new
recipe unto itself, just a few
tweaks on a classic: chicken roasted
in a hot cast-iron skillet.

 JENNIFER Lopez is unsure whether she will return to
American Idol next year as she juggles motherhood and
a comeback in both her pop music and acting careers.
Lopez, who has young twins, told talk show host Ellen
DeGeneres this week that she wasn´t sure about renewing
her contract as a judge on the TV singing contest for a third
year.
Sources close to the singer told E! News that she was "just too
busy" and was planning
on calling an end to her
time on American Idol.

year. I miss doing
other things. It really
does lock you down,

 ACTRESS Shilpa Shetty, who
was due to deliver next
month, gave birth to a boy
on Monday morning, her
businessman husband Raj
Kundra announced.
"God has blessed us with a beautiful
baby boy. Both mother and baby are
fine... Both mum and baby are resting. I
am thrilled to bits!!!!!!" an ecstatic Kundra
tweeted.
"A big thank you to my wife Shilpa Shetty for
the best gift ever, Dr Kiran Cohelo and all the staff
at the Hinduja Hospital! Thank you for all your love
and best wishes," he further posted.
Shilpa married London-based Raj
in 2009. The actress announced
her pregnancy in December
last year.
